What is the purpose of the Archive?

Preserving for future generations the unique qualities of the PArish and District of Crai by creating a local archive within the Community.

The Archive aims to build up a picture of the daily life in Crai with particular reference to the 19th Century and the influence of the railway. Documents from both earlier and later periods are also most welcome.

The project has received Heritage Lottery funding and has the full support of the Community Council and the Hall Management Committee.
